Introducing Kinkmarket: An Adult Marketplace That Doesn't Take a Cut
We have been quietly running Kinkmarket for a while. It launched as the directory layer for KinkCoach storefront customers, then opened up to creators on other platforms, then grew into the thing this post is announcing as its own product: a directory of independent adult creators that exists to send buyers to creators' own shops, not to keep them inside a platform.
This is the long-form introduction. What Kinkmarket is, what it is not, who it is for on both sides (sellers and buyers), and how it differs from the platforms most adult sellers are currently spread across.
The problem Kinkmarket exists to solve
Independent adult creators run into the same hard discovery problem: nobody knows you are out there.
The big platforms solve discovery in their own way, by being a destination buyers already know about. Buyers open the app and see a feed. The platforms keep the relationship inside their app and take a cut for the privilege.
Creators going independent (own storefront, own domain, own payment) gain control and margin but lose the built-in discovery. A new buyer cannot stumble into your shop the way they could stumble into a creator's page on a big platform's search. The first months of an independent storefront's life are usually spent on this exact problem: where does new buyer traffic come from when you are not on a platform that already has buyers?
Existing answers (creator social media, generic search) work but slowly and inconsistently. None of them are designed specifically for buyers actively looking for independent adult creators to buy from. Kinkmarket is.
What Kinkmarket is
Kinkmarket (kinkmarket.me) is a public directory of independent adult creators. Buyers browse, filter, and click through to creators' own shops. We never sit between the buyer and the creator on a transaction; the buyer's click takes them straight to your storefront, where they buy directly from you.
The economics are deliberately different from a platform:
No referral commission. If a buyer finds you on Kinkmarket, clicks through, and spends money with you, you keep all of it (minus your own payment processor fees). We do not take a cut of that sale. We do not see it. The buyer is yours from the moment they click; the sale happens on your shop, not ours.
No hosting of content. Kinkmarket does not host buyer-facing video, photo sets, or premium content. Your listings, your media, your inventory all live on your own storefront. Kinkmarket holds a profile card and a link out to your shop.
No buyer-side lock-in. Buyers do not have to create a Kinkmarket account to browse. They do not have to subscribe to see profiles. They do not have to use any Kinkmarket-controlled payment method. The role of Kinkmarket is index and route; the role of your shop is to deliver and transact.
This is closer to how a curated trade directory works than to how a content platform works. We index. We do not mediate.
For sellers: what listing on Kinkmarket actually does for you
Sellers get three concrete things from a Kinkmarket listing:
A buyer-facing profile page. Your persona name, your tagline, a few photos, your category tags, and one prominent button that sends the buyer to your storefront. Buyers who land on your Kinkmarket profile are pre-qualified (they came looking for an independent adult creator, not for a platform feed) and convert better than cold traffic from generic discovery sources.
Inclusion in the search and category browsing. Buyers can filter creators by what they sell, by the platforms they are on, by their persona traits. Your listing is included for free in every relevant filter result, with the ranking driven by your own activity rather than by paid placement.
An ongoing backlink to your storefront. Every Kinkmarket profile includes an anchor link to the seller's storefront. Over time, this is one of the most consistent organic-discovery improvements an independent creator can get, and you do not have to write a single piece of content to earn it.
The listing is included with the KinkCoach storefront plan at no extra cost. Creators who are not on the KinkCoach storefront can list standalone (with a small monthly fee that covers the directory infrastructure) provided their own shop meets the basic admission criteria: a real adult content offering, a working payment path, and a privacy-respecting buyer flow.
For buyers: what Kinkmarket actually is from your side
Most buyer-facing adult discovery in 2026 lands you on a platform feed. You open the app, you see what the platform decided to show you. The algorithm is between you and the creators it has decided you should see.
Kinkmarket is the directory underneath that. Open kinkmarket.me, browse by what you actually want (categories, attributes, regions), and click through to the creator's own shop. The buyer's relationship from that point onwards is directly with the creator. No platform deciding what comes next, no recommended-for-you feed pulling you into something different.
This is closer to how you would discover an independent bookshop or a specialty record store than how you would discover content on a platform. You browse, you find what fits, you go to the seller's actual shop, you transact with the actual seller.
For buyers who care about creator independence, this is the model that matches that care. The creator you buy from on Kinkmarket is running their own infrastructure; your purchase goes to them, not to a platform skimming off the top.
What Kinkmarket is not
A few clarifications, because the directory model has been confused with other things before.
Kinkmarket is not a platform you sell on. You sell on your own storefront. Kinkmarket is the discovery layer; your shop is the transactional layer. There is no Kinkmarket subscription, no Kinkmarket creator account that hosts content.
Kinkmarket is not a competitor to the marketplaces where listings and payments live inside the platform. Those operate at a different layer of the stack; you can be on Kinkmarket and on those marketplaces simultaneously, and most of our listed creators are.
Kinkmarket is not a free-for-all directory. There is a basic vetting process for sellers (working storefront, real content offering, persona consistency, privacy basics in place). Vetting keeps the directory useful for buyers, which is what keeps it useful for sellers.
Why now
The platform-exit trend is real and accelerating. A growing cohort of adult creators is going independent, building their own shops, owning their own audiences. The single biggest gap in that move has been discovery: independent creators have not had a directory designed for them.
The structural gap is "where do buyers go when they want to find an independent adult creator". Kinkmarket is our attempt to be that destination.
What is on Kinkmarket today
The directory is live at kinkmarket.me. The seller cohort is a mix of KinkCoach storefront customers and standalone-listed creators on their own infrastructure. The categories cover the full range of independent adult content: worn items, custom video, audio, photo sets, kink-specific content, regional creator filters.
Buyers do not need an account to browse. Click any profile to see the creator's own shop. Spend money there if you want to; we will not be part of that transaction in any way.
Sellers on the KinkCoach storefront plan already have an active Kinkmarket listing. If you are an independent creator running your own shop and want a listing, the submit-your-shop flow is on kinkmarket.me.
What we built around it
Kinkmarket is part of a broader stack that exists to make independent adult creator businesses runnable in 2026. The KinkCoach storefront builder is the shop side; the KC Hub dashboard is the cross-platform operations side; the Seller Guide is the playbook; Kinkmarket is the discovery side. Together they cover the four pieces every independent creator needs that single-platform setups do not give you: ownership of your shop, ownership of your operations, the playbook for running the business, and a discovery surface that does not depend on a platform's algorithm deciding to surface you today.
If you are running on a platform and thinking about going independent, the path is workable. If you are already independent and short on discovery, Kinkmarket is the part of the stack we built for you.
