What's the difference between the two pricing options?
If you only want a shop and a Kinkmarket listing (no platform automation), pick the Storefront Plan at £19.99/mo. That gets you the Webstore, Kinkmarket, and full Hub access. If you're already paying for our Full Plan (the one with platform automation), you can add the Webstore as a £14.99/mo top-up because Hub is already included in your plan.
What is Kinkmarket and what does it cost?
Kinkmarket is our public creator directory at kinkmarket.me. Every Webstore customer gets a listing on it for free, included in the monthly fee. We don't take any commission on referrals from the marketplace. When a buyer clicks your card, they land straight on your own shop. Webstore listings appear as Kinkmarket Shops, which carry a richer profile than independent listings and share buyer sign-in across the tier.
Do I need to be a KC Hub subscriber first?
No, the Storefront Plan includes Hub access in the £19.99/mo. You don't need to sign up for anything else first. If you're already on the Full Plan with automation, then yes, the £14.99/mo Webstore is an add-on to your existing subscription rather than a separate plan.
Can I switch between plans later?
Yes. If you start on the Storefront Plan and later want platform automation, upgrade to the Full Plan from your Hub dashboard and you'll move onto add-on pricing for the Webstore. If you're on the Full Plan and want to drop automation, you can downgrade to Storefront the same way.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not even a little. We build it. We host it. We fix it. We update it. You never touch a file. If you want a change to your site, you message us and we make it.
Do I need to buy hosting or an SSL certificate?
No. Hosting, SSL and the whole technical setup are included and handled by us. You never touch a server or a control panel.
How does the stock sync work?
Listings live in your KC Hub library. The same listing shows on your Webstore, ATW, Kinkie, and whatever else you sell on. Sell it on one place, it goes out of stock everywhere automatically.
Where do orders go?
Storefront orders flow straight into KC Hub Orders alongside your platform sales. Same dashboard, same workflow, same fulfilment process. You also get an email notification on every sale.
Do I have to be on Kinkmarket?
No. The listing is included but optional. If you'd rather not appear on the directory, just tell us and we'll keep your shop standalone. Most sellers want the extra visibility, but it's your call.
How long until my site is live?
From the moment you give us your branding info, usually a few days. We will agree a target date with you on the kick-off call.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. If you cancel, the site goes offline and your Kinkmarket listing comes down with it, and the monthly fee stops the moment you cancel.
What if I want changes after the site is live?
Included. New categories, copy tweaks, photo updates, colour changes, marketplace bio edits. Drop us a message and we make it happen, no extra charge for routine updates.
