Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account & Licenses

When you purchase a subscription or product, you may be issued a license key tied to your email address.

• Each license is for personal use by a single account holder
• License keys must not be shared, sold, or transferred
• Each license is locked to one device for security; transfers between your own devices are free and unlimited for legitimate use
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke any license that is shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some KinkCoach products are sold on a subscription basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via the Stripe customer portal at any time

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our extensions, software or APIs
• Use the Service to violate any third-party platform's terms of service in ways that could expose KinkCoach to liability
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any KinkCoach product without our written permission
• Use automated means to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Bypass or attempt to bypass licensing or device binding

5. AI Personas and AI-Generated Content

KinkCoach permits AI personas and AI-assisted content, on the conditions in this section. When you create an account you must tell us truthfully whether the account represents a real person or an AI persona, and you must keep that answer accurate if it changes.

• Fully AI personas must be labelled. An account that represents an AI persona is publicly identified as AI across our services. You may not remove, obscure or misrepresent that label.
• A real operator is responsible. Every AI persona must have a named operator, being a real person or company who is accountable for the account and who completes identity verification on request.
• AI-enhanced images must still be you. Where you use AI to enhance photography of a real person, the result must continue to depict that same real, identity-verified person. You may not use AI to alter an image into a different or fictitious person.
• No impersonation. You may not use AI to imitate any other person, whether or not they are a KinkCoach user, and you may not present AI output as the work or likeness of someone it is not.

We may apply an AI label to an account, restrict it, or remove content or the account itself, where we reasonably believe this section has been breached or where a declaration is inaccurate.

6. Intellectual Property

All KinkCoach branding, code, content, software, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of KinkCoach. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms. No other rights are granted.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our automation extensions work alongside third-party platforms such as All Things Worn, Kinkie, Male Things Worn, and PantyDeal. KinkCoach is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific results from using the Service
• Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or third-party platforms at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KinkCoach, its team and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or platform account actions, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could expose KinkCoach or others to harm or legal risk.

Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and your access to the Service will end.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
