Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or over and able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account and Licences

When you subscribe you get a KC Hub account. Some tools also give you a licence key linked to your account.

• Each licence is for one account holder.
• Do not share, sell or transfer a licence key.
• Each licence is locked to one device for security. You can move it between your own devices as often as you genuinely need to.
• Keep your password and licence key private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

We may suspend or cancel a licence that is shared, resold or used against these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

The KC Hub is sold as a monthly subscription. We do not currently sell 3, 6 or 12 month terms.

What it costs

The price is shown on the sign-up page and again before you pay. At the date of these Terms the monthly prices are: £34.99 for your first site, £14.99 for each extra site, and £24.99 for Alex. Customers paying in euros pay €40.99, €17.99 and €29.99. Customers in Sweden and Denmark pay the equivalent shown at sign-up in their own currency. Other add-ons, such as extra storage, are priced where you choose them.

How you pay

How you pay depends on the country your bank account is in.

• UK and Europe: Direct Debit through GoCardless. This covers the UK, Sweden, Denmark and these euro countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. You pay in your own currency. Your first payment is taken when you sign up and then the same amount is collected each month until the subscription ends. Payments show on your bank statement as GoCardless.
• Everywhere else: card through Fondy, in pounds. You pay your first month by card when you sign up. After that nothing is taken from your card automatically. You pay each month yourself from your Hub, and we remind you in the Hub a few days before it is due. If a month is not paid, your Hub is paused until it is paid.

We never see or store your full card or bank details. GoCardless and Fondy handle them.

If a payment fails

If a Direct Debit fails or is reversed, or a card month is not paid, we may pause your Hub and tools until the account is brought up to date.

Price changes

If we change the price of your subscription we will give you at least 30 days notice before the new price applies.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel at any time. There is no cancel button in the Hub at the moment. To cancel, do one of these:

• email [email protected] from the email address on your account
• open a support ticket from the Support page in your Hub
• if you pay by Direct Debit, stop the Direct Debit with your bank

When we have processed a cancellation sent by email or support ticket, we stop taking payments and your subscription does not renew.

If you pay by Direct Debit and your current month was paid by Direct Debit, cancelling, including stopping the Direct Debit at your bank, does not cut you off. You keep full access to your Hub and tools until your renewal date, nothing more is taken, and we will not send you an overdue notice.

If you pay by card, nothing is taken from your card automatically, so no further payment is taken. Please tell us you are leaving so we do not keep reminding you.

5. One-Off Purchases: Guides, Bundles and Services

Our guide shop sells digital guides and bundles, and services such as texting, phone, video call and face-to-face help. These are one-off purchases. They are not subscriptions and nothing is charged again.

• You pay by card through Fondy, in pounds.
• You do not need an account to buy. If you do not have one, we create one for you with the email address you give us, and send your downloads to that address.
• Guides and bundles are PDF downloads, emailed to you once your payment is confirmed. They are yours to keep for your own use. Do not share, resell or republish them.
• A service starts when it is booked, at your request.

At checkout you tick a box to confirm: "I want my purchase to start straight away, and I understand that once my downloads are sent I lose my 14-day right to cancel." Our Refund Policy explains what this means.

6. Acceptable Use

Use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• use the Service to harass, harm or defraud anyone
• try to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from our extensions, software or APIs
• use the Service in a way that breaks a third-party platform's terms and could expose KinkCoach to liability
• resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially exploit any KinkCoach product without our written permission
• use automated means to abuse, overload or disrupt the Service
• get round, or try to get round, licensing or device locking

7. AI Personas and AI-Generated Content

KinkCoach allows AI personas and AI-assisted content on the conditions below. When you create an account you must tell us truthfully whether it represents a real person or an AI persona, and keep that answer accurate if it changes.

• Fully AI personas must be labelled. An account that represents an AI persona is publicly identified as AI across our services. You may not remove, hide or misrepresent that label.
• A real operator is responsible. Every AI persona must have a named operator, a real person or company who is accountable for the account and who completes identity verification when asked.
• AI-enhanced images must still be you. If you use AI to enhance photos of a real person, the result must still show that same real, identity-verified person. You may not use AI to turn an image into a different or made-up person.
• No impersonation. You may not use AI to imitate anyone else, whether or not they use KinkCoach, or present AI output as the work or likeness of someone it is not.

We may add an AI label to an account, restrict it, or remove content or the account, if we reasonably believe this section has been broken or a declaration is wrong.

8. Intellectual Property

KinkCoach branding, code, content, software, designs, guides and documentation belong to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as these Terms allow. No other rights are given.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our tools work alongside third-party platforms such as All Things Worn, Kinkie, Male Things Worn and PantyDeal. KinkCoach is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

10. How the Service Is Provided

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, free of errors, compatible with every device, browser or platform, or that it will produce any particular result for your business.

11. Our Liability to You

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or action a third-party platform takes against your account, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

12. Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close your access if you break these Terms, or use the Service in a way that could expose KinkCoach or others to harm or legal risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why. When access ends, your licence keys stop working.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If a change materially affects a subscription you already have, we will tell you before it applies.

14. Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.

15. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid

If a court finds part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
