Content Policy

Who can use KinkCoach

KinkCoach is for adult content creators who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into our Terms of Service in your jurisdiction.

KinkCoach does not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be terminated immediately.

The absolute rules

The following are prohibited without exception. Violation results in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Minors. No content that involves, depicts, or sexualises any person under the age of 18. This includes written, illustrated, photographic, video, and AI-generated material.
• Non-consensual content. No content produced or shared without the full, documented consent of every person depicted in it.
• Synthetic intimate imagery without consent. No AI-generated or composited content depicting a real identifiable person without that person's explicit written consent.
• Illegal content. No content that is illegal under the laws of England and Wales or the creator's country of residence, including but not limited to extreme pornography, bestiality, and content depicting criminal violence.
• Impersonation. Creators may not impersonate other creators, performers, or public figures, or sell content that belongs to someone else without their explicit permission.

Creator responsibilities

Creators who use KinkCoach to manage and publish their content are solely responsible for that content. This includes:

• Ensuring that all persons depicted in their content are 18 years of age or older and have consented to being filmed, photographed, or otherwise depicted;
• Maintaining records verifying age and identity as required by applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where relevant;
• Complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform they connect to KinkCoach;
• Ensuring their storefront and any public-facing content complies with the laws of the jurisdictions where they operate.

Acceptable use of KinkCoach tools

KinkCoach tools may be used to manage accounts on third-party adult platforms, operate a creator storefront, schedule and publish content, communicate with buyers, and track earnings. They may not be used to:

• Circumvent the terms of service, safety features, or moderation systems of any third-party platform;
• Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or harassment to any person;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from third-party platforms in a manner that violates their terms;
• Conduct any activity that disrupts or damages KinkCoach's systems or those of third parties;
• Misrepresent identity or affiliation in any automated or manual communication.

Creator storefronts

Creators who operate a storefront through KinkCoach are responsible for all content published on it. Storefronts must comply with this Content Policy and with the storefront-specific guidelines agreed at onboarding. The storefront is a shop window: explicit adult content is not displayed on public storefront pages. Products and services are advertised; explicit content, where it exists, is delivered privately to the buyer after purchase.

Enforcement

We review accounts where we have reason to believe this policy has been breached. Depending on the severity and nature of the breach, the response may include a warning, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or referral to law enforcement. Accounts terminated for policy breaches involving illegal content are not eligible for reinstatement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of KinkCoach after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
