Subscription Model
KinkCoach ATW Tools is provided as a monthly digital subscription.
When you subscribe:
You receive immediate access to your selected plan (Bronze, Silver, or Gold)
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Via the Stripe customer portal
By contacting alex@kinkcoach.me
When you cancel:
Access continues until the end of the current billing period
No further payments will be taken
Your subscription will not renew
Refunds
General Policy
Because KinkCoach ATW Tools is a digital product with immediate access, refunds are not automatically provided for:
Partial billing periods
Change of mind after purchase
Lack of usage during an active subscription
Incompatibility with unsupported devices, browsers, or environments
We encourage users to review product information carefully before purchasing.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at our discretion in limited cases, including:
Duplicate charges (e.g. accidental double payment)
Severe technical issues where the Service is entirely unusable and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
First-time subscribers who experience a genuine issue shortly after purchase and contact us promptly for support
Each request is reviewed individually. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated through a bank or card provider without first contacting us:

We strongly recommend contacting us first so we can attempt to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time
Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
No refunds are issued for plan changes or downgrades
