Installation & Setup
Which browsers are supported?
ATW Tools Pro works on Chrome, Edge, and Opera. Safari and Firefox are not supported.
How do I update to a new version?
IMPORTANT: Do NOT uninstall the extension. Download the new ZIP file, extract the files, copy or paste into your existing extension folder (overwrite when prompted), then go to chrome://extensions and click the refresh icon. Your license key, messages, and settings are preserved automatically.
The extension is not showing on ATW?
Check: Is the extension enabled in chrome://extensions? Is Developer Mode turned on? Try refreshing the ATW page. If the panel still does not appear, remove and re-add the extension (your settings are stored in the browser, not the extension folder).
Why does the extension auto-refresh my open ATW tabs?
When the extension updates, it auto-refreshes any open ATW tab to prevent stale code from running. This is intentional and ensures every tab is using the latest version.
Device Binding & License
What is device binding?
When you first activate your license, it becomes bound to your device. This security feature protects your subscription from unauthorised sharing.
Why am I seeing a "device mismatch" error?
This means you are trying to use your license on a different device than where it was originally activated. This happens if you got a new computer, reinstalled your browser, or are trying to use a shared license. Contact support for a free transfer.
Can I use ATW Tools Pro on multiple computers?
No. Each license is locked to one device for security.
How do I transfer my license to a new device?
Device transfers are FREE and UNLIMITED. Contact @kinkcoachme on Telegram or email alex@kinkcoach.me with your license key. We will reset it within 24 hours.
Is there a fee for device transfers?
No. Device transfers are completely free for legitimate use cases like getting a new computer, reinstalling your browser, or switching devices.
Can I run Pro on multiple platforms (ATW + Kinkie + PD + MTW)?
Yes. The KinkCoach Pro subscription is per platform: £34.99 per month for your first platform, plus £10 per month for each additional platform. Each platform has its own license key bound to your device.
Messaging Systems
Messages are not being sent?
Check: Is the system toggled ON? Have you filled in at least some message slots (each system supports up to 10 variations, 1 is randomly picked per send)? Is ATW open in a tab? Check the Activity Log for errors or DupeGuard blocks.
DupeGuard is blocking messages I want sent?
DupeGuard prevents any buyer from receiving multiple automated messages within 24 hours. This is intentional and keeps you professional. If you need to message someone manually, do it through ATW's normal messaging.
Bulk Message (System E) is sending slowly?
This is by design. Stealth Mode adds 5 to 10 minute random delays between messages and only runs during active hours. The Campaign Target setting (visible in the Bulk Message lightbox, max 1000) and 14-day cooldown per recipient also pace delivery. More variations in your 10 message slots equals better stealth.
How do I set the Bulk Message recipient limit?
Open the Bulk Message lightbox and set the Campaign Target field. This is the total number of sends for the campaign, up to 1000. There is no separate daily cap; pacing is handled by the random delays and Active Hours window.
What happened to Busy / Overnight Message (System A)?
System A has been replaced by Smart Away (AI) for Pro users. Smart Away does everything System A did and more: it reads each buyer's message and sends a personalised holding reply rather than a fixed template. If you want a simple holding message with no AI, use Smart Away with shorter, generic message variations and it will behave like System A. The legacy System A logic is still in the codebase for backward compatibility but the toggle is hidden in the panel.
Stealth Mode & Settings
What is Stealth Mode?
Every messaging system has built-in Stealth Mode. This combines random message selection (from up to 10 slots), configurable Campaign Targets or daily caps, randomised delays (5 to 60 min depending on system), and percentage-based skip logic (10 to 25 percent of targets randomly skipped). This makes your automation look natural and undetectable.
How many message variations should I write?
Each system supports up to 10 message slots. One is randomly picked per send. Fill in at least 3 to 5 for best stealth. Empty slots are skipped. The more variations, the more natural your messaging looks.
What are daily caps?
Most systems have a configurable daily message cap that limits how many messages they send per day. Defaults vary by system (e.g. 7 for visitors, 12 for return visitors). When the cap is reached, the system pauses until the next day. Bulk Message (System E) uses a Campaign Target instead of a daily cap.
What are active hours?
Auto Like and Auto Follow-Back have configurable active hours (e.g. 8 AM to 10 PM). Systems B, C, and E also have active hours toggles. They automatically pause outside these hours to avoid suspicious overnight activity. You can adjust the window in each feature's settings.
Why are some visitors randomly skipped?
Each system has a built-in skip percentage (e.g. 15 percent for visitors, 25 percent for new joiners). This mimics natural human behaviour; you would not message every single visitor. It makes your automation look more organic.
AI Features
Smart Away is not sending replies?
Smart Away waits your configured delay (minimum 2 minutes, default 5) before AI replies. If you reply manually first, it cancels. Check: Is the toggle ON? Is the conversation already starred (starred equals skipped)? Is the buyer within the 72-hour cooldown? Is the buyer flagged as admin? Is System A already handling that user (Smart Away defers in that case)? Smart Away and Full Auto-Reply cannot run together; enabling one disables the other.
How do I know which messages Smart Away replied to?
Smart Away automatically stars conversations after sending an AI reply. Check your starred messages; these are the conversations AI handled that need your proper follow-up when you return.
Can I run Smart Away and Full Auto-Reply at the same time?
No. Only one auto-reply system can be active at a time. Enabling Smart Away will automatically disable Full Auto-Reply, and vice versa. This prevents buyers from receiving duplicate or conflicting automated messages.
How do I exclude a conversation from Smart Away?
Star the conversation. Smart Away skips starred conversations, so starring a chat tells the system you are handling it yourself.
Will Smart Away send the same message every time?
No. Smart Away cycles through different style variations on every reply, so the same buyer never gets the same wording twice in a row. There is no per-buyer reply limit; the only gate is the 72-hour cooldown between replies to the same person.
What is the 72-hour cooldown?
Once Smart Away replies to a buyer, it will not reply to that buyer again for 72 hours. This stops repeat-buyers from getting AI-generated holding messages every time they ping you. After 72 hours, if the buyer messages you again and you have not replied manually, Smart Away can reply once more.
Does Smart Away message admins or platform accounts?
No. Smart Away skips any user matching admin or platform-account patterns. This avoids accidentally sending an AI reply to ATW staff.
What is Full Auto-Reply?
Full Auto-Reply is your AI shop assistant. It sends contextual AI replies to unread messages using your shop data (prices, shipping, add-ons), then stars the conversation for you to follow up. It can read conversation history and continue ongoing conversations naturally until you jump in.
How does Full Auto-Reply know my prices?
Use "Sync Shop" in the Full Auto-Reply lightbox to pull your prices from ATW listings. The lightbox is now organised in four columns: Shipping (UK and worldwide rates), Wears (panties / stockings / socks / shoes price defaults plus wears per extra day), Add-ons (intimate, footwear, pee, chocolate pricing), and Custom Notes (free-text instructions for the AI such as your tone, your limits, or any seller-specific quirks).
Can the AI continue a conversation, not just send one reply?
Yes. Full Auto-Reply's conversational mode (v4.3.71+) fetches the full conversation history and replies in context across multiple turns. It will keep responding as long as the buyer is asking sensible questions, and hands off to you (by starring the conversation and stopping AI replies) when it detects you should take over.
Can I run Full Auto-Reply and Smart Away together?
No. Full Auto-Reply and Smart Away are mutually exclusive. Turning one on automatically turns the other off. This prevents buyers from receiving conflicting automated messages.
Can I attach photos to Auto Feed Post?
Yes. Auto Posts (also known as Auto Feed Post) supports photo attachments. The panel starts with 6 post slots and you can add more by clicking "Add Another Post". Photos persist across page navigation via IndexedDB, so they survive refreshes.
Timewaster Detection
Timewaster Detection is not flagging users?
Users must be 3+ months old with 0 reviews received. Check that detection is enabled and watch the Activity Log for scans.
What is Non-Responsive Buyer Skip?
Non-Responsive Buyer Skip is a second layer of timewaster protection for bulk messaging (System E). It checks your conversation history and automatically skips buyers who have received X+ messages from you but never replied (configurable: 2+, 3+, 4+, or 5+). This catches "proven ghosts" that profile-based detection misses. Settings appear in both Timewaster Detection and Bulk Message panels.
What is History-Based Detection?
A powerful inbox scanner that analyses up to 2000 conversations. It identifies buyers you have messaged 3+ times who never replied and automatically adds them to your Blacklist. Configurable threshold (2+, 3+, 4+, or 5+). Run monthly for best results. Lives inside the Timewaster Detection lightbox as a dedicated subsection.
Automation & Tools
Auto-Like is sending too many or too few likes?
Auto-Like is range-based. Set both a minimum and maximum count (e.g. 5 to 10 likes per batch) and a minimum and maximum interval (e.g. 8 to 15 minutes). The extension picks a random value in each range every batch, which keeps the pattern looking organic. Adjust the ranges in the Auto-Like lightbox.
Auto-Repost: how do I choose which listings to repost?
Open the Auto-Repost lightbox and use the picker view to tick the listings you want included in the repost queue. Listings not ticked are skipped. The picker remembers your selection between panel reopens.
Auto-Repost requires Diamond?
Yes. ATW's Auto-Repost only works if you have Diamond Seller status on ATW. This is an ATW platform restriction, not an ATW Tools limitation.
Template Library is not showing?
The quick insert button appears on conversation and message pages. Make sure you are on an ATW message thread page and the extension is active.
How do I duplicate a listing?
Use the Duplicate Listing Maker. There is a pink "Duplicate" button on listing view pages. Click it to clone the listing with a quick variant picker (size or colour chips). Photos can be copied or skipped.
KC Hub Integration
What is KC Hub and do I need it?
KC Hub is the central seller dashboard at hub.kinkcoach.me. It is included with your ATW Tools Pro subscription and lets you view daily stats across all your platforms, manage orders, and run cross-platform tools. You do not have to use it; ATW Tools works fine standalone. But linking the extension to your Hub account unlocks automatic stats reporting and order import.
How do I link ATW Tools to my KC Hub account?
Sign in to hub.kinkcoach.me with your KinkCoach account, go to Settings, and follow the link instructions for ATW. The extension reads your Hub key and sends daily stats automatically once linked.
How do I import my ATW orders into KC Hub?
Go to your ATW account orders page (allthingsworn.com/account/orders). The extension injects a pink "Sync to KC Hub" button next to the order list. Click it and the extension scrapes each visible paid order (including shipping address) and pushes them to your Hub account. Already-synced orders are skipped automatically.
General Questions
Automation stops when I close my laptop?
Yes. Your computer must be ON and the browser must be running. Smart Away and Full Auto-Reply run from the background service worker, so they work even if no ATW tab is open, but the browser itself must be open.
Can I use this on my phone?
No. ATW Tools Pro only works on desktop or laptop computers with Chrome, Edge, or Opera browser.
How do I contact Priority Support?
Email alex@kinkcoach.me with "PRO PRIORITY" in the subject line, or message @kinkcoachme on Telegram mentioning your Pro subscription.
