The things people ask first

What exactly comes out of my money?

Two things and no others. Our 30 percent, and anything we paid out on your behalf, at what it cost us. Both are itemised on your statement. Anything you buy yourself is never billed back to you.

How do I get paid?

You get a statement every week showing what you are owed, built from your actual orders. We agree how and when that reaches you before you start, and the statement is the record you can check it against.

Do I have to talk to buyers at all?

No. We answer the messages and we do the chat. If you would rather step in on something, you can, but nothing waits on you.

Who owns my accounts and my content?

You do. We run the selling for you, we do not take ownership of your shop, your accounts or anything you make.

Can I leave, and what happens to my shop?

Your accounts and your content are yours and they stay yours. If you stop, you keep the shop and what is in it.

Do you sell digital as well as physical?

Both. Clips, audio and customs sell alongside anything worn or posted, and the digital side needs nothing from you once the file exists. Plenty of sellers do only one or the other and that is fine.

Do you post the parcels or do I?

Anything physical, you post. We buy and print the label so it arrives with you ready to attach, and you drop the parcel off. Digital orders you can ignore entirely, we handle those.

Is there a minimum?

Tell us what you sell and how often, and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit. We would rather say so up front than take on something we cannot do well.
