When you sync, each new listing is submitted to Secret Passions for review. It is not posted live instantly; it appears once Secret Passions approves it.
A submitted listing is recorded as submitted, so syncing again will not re-submit it. You will never create duplicate pending listings.
The Sync panel and Reconcile mark a listing as LIVE only once Secret Passions has published it. Until then it reads as pending, so you always know where it stands.
